Tower Lodge Care Center is a 60 bed skilled nursing facility presently seeking an expierenced Full-time Director of Housekeeping, responsible forensuring the facility and resident areas are kept sanitized and clean while meeting the standards set forth for the Housekeeping Department. They preform daily rounds to provide the highest quality of service for a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff. Located in Wall, NJ we offer a pleasant working envirnonment, a competetive salary and generous benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, matched 401(k), and PTO Days. Director of Housekeeping Job Summary: The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for planning,organizing, staffing,directing, coordinating,reporting,budgeting,and physical management of the housekeeping department's employees and equipment in a way that maintains cleanliness and order throughout the building including laundry services for both resident clothing and facility linens.
Duties and Repsonsibilities
· Ensures that Housekeeping schedules are followed as outlined for respective shift or area.
· Ensures that an adequate supply of housekeeping supplies is maintained in utility/janitorial closets to perform daily tasks.
Other related duties and activities as may become necessary or as directed by the Administrator or designee.
